Energy healing is a deep and powerful way to clear unhealthy emotion, traumas and painful memories from your energetic field. This work heals the spiritual origin of our illness by removing these imprints from our energetic field. Once removed, they can no longer inform us, we are no longer tied to the past, we are able to live the lives we want, full of joy, happiness and possibility.

This workshop will teach you the foundations of making a despacho and how to create your own sacred ceremony with deeper insight into the Andean mystical practices.

A Despacho is a mandala style sacred creation that holds physical elements (flowers, grains, symbols of the earths elements) elevated into prayer form by the participants. As the elements are added to the despacho, the vibration of the participants and the room harmonizes. The despacho becomes a living prayer that brings energy shifts and healing for all involved, the community and Pachamama. . A despacho is an act of love and a reminder of the connections we share with all beings, elements, spirits, and sacred places. At the deepest level, it is an opportunity to enter into the essential unity of all things, the living energy of the universe.

Cultivating Courageous Kids & (1080 x 1080 px).png

Our children are crying out for help. Unfortunately, as parents and providers, caregivers and caretakers, we’re not always equipped to meet the needs of those we love, care for, and serve. The good news is we can change this sad reality. We can learn to be the rock our kids need us to be, the calm, steady nervous system for them to plug into, the role models for resiliency they need to not just survive, but thrive in this dynamic, ever-evolving landscape.

Our time together in this workshop will focus on why things are the way they are, how we can become trauma-informed and create trauma-informed spaces, and strategies we can use for better self-care to avoid compassion fatigue and vicarious traumatization, as well mind-body skills for emotional regulation that we can utilize with young people. This workshop is designed for parents, teachers, childcare providers, counselors, coaches, or anyone else who is interested in practicing mindfulness, in finding a better way to serve those who need our help the most, and in rediscovering the passion and purpose that inspires us to love and care for our most vulnerable.

Stories Behind the Poses (2000 x 1000 px) (1080 x 1080 px).png

This session derives its content from Raj Balkaran's book, "The Stories Behind the Poses: The Indian Mythology that Inspired 50 Yoga Poses." We'll explore narratives behind key yoga asanas, embody the poses, and engage in group discussions with a deeper understanding of each pose's significance. Join us to delve into the rich Indian mythology that has shaped contemporary yoga practices.

RECOVERY DHARMA (1080 x 1080 px).png

Recovery Dharma is a program of empowerment and doesn’t ask us to believe in anything other than our own potential to change and heal. We have found a guide for our recovery in the Buddhist teachings of the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path, and we invite you to investigate these practices and principles as tools for your own path of liberation from the suffering of addiction. Who here has suffered? If anyone knows about suffering, it’s people affected by addictive habits. We’ve tried to quit repeatedly, yet the cycle persists. But there’s hope. The Buddha saw a clear way out of the cycle of suffering and developed the Four Noble Truths, which are the foundation of our program. They summarize the causes of suffering but also a way of ending suffering. Yet despite being called “Truths,” the Buddha famously told his followers not to blindly believe him! He said test them. Verify them. Only believe them once you directly experience them to be true. At Recovery Dharma, we learn to gently investigate the underlying causes of our substance and process addictions, which we’ve often found rooted in pain and trauma. May all beings be free from suffering. What to expect: Opening RD readings Introductions Guided Meditation Buddhist reading Open sharing Close.

MYSTICAL BOOK CLUB (1080 x 1080 px).png

We’re searchers, seekers, explorers in pursuit of big questions: Who am I? Why am I here? What is my heartfelt mission? How can I live out my intentions with passion and purpose?

In our mystic book club, we’ll examine sacred texts that place us in the middle of humankind’s conversation about how to live and be well.

We’ll journey in both theory and practice to make the unknown known, the invisible visible, and the dark shine full of light. We’ll explore diverse approaches to the mystical experience from different traditions, genres, and points of view. The common theme in all our texts is about connecting—to our world, our communities, ourselves. We’ll dive into topics like the unity of the divine and the Self, spiritual ecstasy, and altered states of consciousness in pursuit of the holy within. We’ll seek some understanding to big philosophical questions, like ‘What is my relationship to a higher power?’ and ‘What is my purpose in this world?’ and ‘How can I experience the feeling of absolute oneness in my everyday life?’

As a part of our mystical experience together we’ll share Yoga Nidra as well, where we’ll get the opportunity to practice what we’ve preached—to feel it and find it, breathe it and be it, and love it and live it. It’s gonna be grand!

Open and accessible to all. The only requirement is a desire to examine and explore consciousness. Join me in this journey through the self to the Self. I can’t wait to connect with you.

Spread the word. Share the love.
