I am a wife, mom to 3 (14, 9 and 8!), friend, hairstylist, yogi, lover of beauty in EVERYTHING!
What brought you to Evolve? What keeps you coming back?
A friend. We decided to try a hot flow class together. I was hooked! Oh man. I can’t even describe how I feel after a class without sounding like a crazy person. The impact the teachers have made in my life is indescribable. Self-reflection, practice of kindness, the grounding of yourself. I leave with my heart feeling FULL!

What’s a challenging pose you are growing to love?
Definitely malasana and skandasana. They were a struggle first starting! I loathed them everytime they were included in class.
What pose brings you the most joy?
Handstand! It’s a journey! My 2018 goal to hold! And wild thing. Can’t forget that. It brings me serenity every time.
Is there anything else you’d like to share?
I remember first starting. I took a hot Vinyasa flow class, and I laid my mat in the back. And watched in awe as these beautiful yogis did things that I could not imagine ever doing. And then I kept coming to my mat. Again and again. That rectangle mat does more for you than you can imagine. I can’t even believe that 1. I am brave enough for the front row 2. How far my practice has come. Emotionally and physically. And 3. How grateful I am for this amazing community. And the evolve teachers, I love you all!!
